Elma Levy Chief Management Officer Mrs. Levy is co-founder of Dovèl Technologies, Inc. As the Chief Management Officer, Mrs. Levy is responsible for day-to-day business operations of the company. Her responsibilities include overseeing and managing Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Contracting, Corporate Insurance, Legal, as well as employee morale and general office management. She established the fringe benefits system, accounts receivable/payable systems, and payroll systems at Dovèl Technologies. Mrs. Levy has extensive experience in managing subcontracts, negotiating government and commercial contracts, and corporate accounting. She has attended numerous classes in accounting, business management, and corporate administration. She is expert in the administration of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and has conducted numerous audits with federal government contract audit agencies. She established the Dovèl Technologies GSA Schedule for federal government purchasing of IT services. Prior to her career as a business executive, Ms. Levy was a certified FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). She has many years experience in providing health care and case management in the United States, as well as in Israel and The Netherlands. Mrs. Levy completed her undergraduate degree at George Mason University and she has a Master's Degree in Health Care from Marymount University.
