    Dovèl was awarded an Enterprise Lifecycle Support Services (ELMS) Small Business Prime Contract on July 7th, 2009. Dovèl will provide the FDA with IT lifecycle services including: management, design, development, testing, operations and maintenance for FDA's automated systems and business application software.
