Elma Levy Chair of the Board, co-founder  As a co-founder Elma Levy built Dovel into a successful company with significant business and offerings. Specifically, Levy concentrated on establishing internal processes needed to run a successful company such as accounting and finance, contracting, human resources, business development, and quality assurance processes. Levy established the Dovel advisory board and managed relationships with outside accounting and legal teams.Prior to her career as a business executive, Levy was a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has many years of experience in providing health care and case management in the United States, as well as in Israel and The Netherlands. She came to the United States from her native country, The Netherlands, in 1982. Levy completed her undergraduate degree at George Mason University and she has a Master's Degree in Health Care from Marymount University. |
